Here you will find our bookable accommodation and meal packages. Each participating team must book one of our packages. All packages include participation in the supporting program, use of the shuttle buses and entry to the Nations Cup in the Hansehalle.
Our packages
Important
T-shirt sizes must be entered online (in ProCup) up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. If the sizes are not communicated, we cannot guarantee that the required size will be available.
Accommodation information
Teams that have booked the Gold or Silver package will receive the exact address of their accommodation when they register in the tournament village at the latest. Since experience shows that there are short-term changes before the start of the tournament, we cannot provide any binding information about accommodation in advance.
Additional fees
In addition to the package prices per participant, a registration fee (per team) and a deposit (for overnight stays per club) are added to the costs.
If a club with more than 4 teams takes part in the Handball Days Lübeck, it will receive a corresponding credit after the tournament.

Rebookings/Cancellations of packages
Changes to the booked GOLD and SILVER categories are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the package price.Changes to the booked BRONZE category are possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament, later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the package price.For organizational reasons, online changes are only possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. Payment of the booked participation categories / packages
The costs incurred can be transferred in advance to the following account or paid in cash or by card at the latest on the tournament weekend when registering on Friday.

Registration on site
Register your team(s) with the tournament management in the tournament village at the Lohmühle or in the respective cafeteria. To do so, follow the signs for "Tournament Management" or "Registration".
Catering
Food will be provided by a caterer both in the accommodation and at the venues. We are happy to accommodate special food requests as far as possible. Please send them to us with your registration.
Instruction and acceptance
The caretaker will show you around the school or hall. The times for the show and handover must be agreed with the caretaker. Since school is still in session on Fridays, the classrooms can usually only be occupied from 4 p.m.
We ask you to take this into account in your planning.
On Sunday, the inspection will take place by 6 p.m. at the latest. Clubs that stay overnight until Monday are exempt from this.
