Here you will find our bookable accommodation and meal packages. Each participating team must book one of our packages. All packages include participation in the supporting program, use of the shuttle buses and entry to the Nations Cup in the Hansehalle.

T-shirt sizes are available up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament online (in ProCup) to enter. If the sizes are not communicated, the required size cannot be guaranteed to be available

In addition to the package prices per participant, a registration fee and a deposit (for overnight stays) per team are added to the costs.

If a club with more than 4 teams takes part in the Handball Days Lübeck, it will receive a corresponding credit after the tournament.

Teams that have booked the Gold or Silver package will receive the exact address of their accommodation when they register in the tournament village at the latest. Since experience shows that there are short-term changes before the start of the tournament, we cannot provide any binding information about accommodation in advance.

Rebooking and cancellation

Rebookings/cancellations of packages

Changes to the booked GOLD and SILVER categories are possible free of charge up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournamentlich. Later cancellations will be charged 50% of the package price.
Changes to the booked BRONZE category are possible up to
4 weeks before the start of the tournament; later cancellations will be charged 50% of the package price.
For organizational reasons, online changes are only possible up to 4 weeks before the start of the tournament. From this point on, please send the changes by emailregistration@handball-days.de to communicate.

Payment for the booked participation categories/packages

The resulting costs can be transferred in advance to the following account or paid in cash or by card when registering on Friday at the latest on the tournament weekend.

MelDetect your team(s) to the tournament management in the tournament village on the Lohmühle or in the respective cafeteria. To do this, follow the signs “Tournament Management” or “Registration”.

Food is provided by a caterer both in the accommodation and at the venues. We are happy to accommodate special meal requests as far as possible. Send this to us when you register.

Instruction and acceptance

Instructions to the school or hall are given by the caretaker. The times for instruction and acceptance must be agreed with the caretaker. Since regular school operations still take place on Fridays, the classrooms can usually only be occupied from 4 p.m. 

We ask you to take this into account in your planning.

On Sunday, acceptance takes place at 6 p.m. at the latest. Clubs that stay overnight until Monday are excluded from this.
