Here you will find our bookable accommodation and meal packages. Each participating team must book one of our packages. All packages include participation in the supporting programme, use of public transport and many other highlights.

Important
T-shirt sizes must be entered online (in ProCup) by the registration deadline. If sizes are not provided, we cannot guarantee that the required size will be available.

Accommodation information
Teams that have booked the Gold or Silver package will receive the exact address of their accommodation at the latest when they register at the tournament village. As experience has shown that last-minute changes can occur before the start of the tournament, we are unable to provide binding information about accommodation in advance.


Additional fees
In addition to the package prices per participant, a registration fee (per team) will be added to the costs.
If a club with more than four teams participates in the Handball Days Lübeck, the registration fee is reduced. Maxi-Mix teams are not included in the quota. The reduced registration fee will be refunded after the tournament in the form of a credit note.

Rebookings/Cancellations of packages
Changes to the GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE categories booked are free of charge until 17th May 2026. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the package price. Changes to the GOLD and SILVER youth hostel packages are possible until 28th February 2026.
For organisational reasons, please notify us of any changes after 17th May 2026 by email to anmeldung@handballdays.com.
Payment for booked participation categories/packages
Please transfer the costs incurred after receiving the invoice, quoting the reference number.
In exceptional cases, the invoice can also be paid on the tournament weekend when registering on Friday.


Registration on site
Register your team(s) with the tournament management in the tournament village at Lohmühle. Follow the signs for ‘Tournament Management’ or ‘Registration’. Here you will receive your final accommodation and the keys for it.
Catering
Catering is provided by a caterer both in the accommodation and at the venues. It is important that you find out in advance where catering will be provided.


Instruction and acceptance
The caretaker will show you around the school or hall. Please arrange the times for the tour and handover with the caretaker. As school is still in session on Friday, the classrooms are usually only available from 4 p.m. onwards.
Please take this into account when planning. On Sunday, the handover will take place no later than 6 p.m. Exceptions to this are clubs that stay overnight until Monday.
