There is a strict ban on alcohol and smoking in the school, on the entire school grounds and in the sports hall (any breach will result in exclusion from the tournament!)

Accommodation must be left in the same condition as it was found. The clubs are liable for any damage caused.

Classrooms, sports halls, washrooms and toilets must be handed over to the organiser in a clean and tidy condition after the tournament. The club is liable for any defects or damage.

Booked meals are to be taken in the relevant canteen at the accommodation or in the canteen of a neighbouring school. The instructions of the staff must be followed.

Clubs will be issued with a key for their accommodation rooms; the respective club is liable for any loss!

Each club/team is responsible for locking the main entrance door to their accommodation. The classrooms cannot be locked separately. The organiser is not liable for any items belonging to players, supervisors or coaches that are lost and/or damaged.

From 10.00 pm, we ask you to keep the noise level down. If you are staying in schools located directly in the city centre, you should also avoid making a ‘loud’ noise in the school playground and surrounding area from 10.00 pm onwards.
